Some of the most enjoyable days of my career have been spent covered in glycerin solution and food coloring while holding a heat gun to a piece of cheese. I’m lucky to have had multiple design jobs that afforded me opportunities to act as art director, producer, and stylists on photoshoots, often for both core and limited menus.
