Fun for Funds festival
It was a blessing from the Client Gods when I was offered full creative freedom to build a suite of social media graphics to promote an LA fundraiser. This event, put on by Artificial Intelligence Los Angeles, supported AI literacy and needed a suite of assets that could be manipulated by my client, who had access to Photoshop but limited knowledge of the software. I created cross-platform graphics, some ready-to-post and some in the form of easily navigable Photoshop templates with drag-and-drop, fill-in-the-blank capabilities.
Tom, the group’s founder, wanted a clean and modern feel but gave me the reins past that initial creative direction. The contrast of fluid gradients and geometric elements made for the perfect backdrop to a collection of assets promoting the event, tracking fundraising efforts, advertising sponsors, and providing special offers. Tom was able to seamlessly integrate additional sponsors, silent auction items, and dollar amounts into the files I provided, while relying on the additional completed graphics for a consistent social media presence in the meantime.
