As part of the restructuring of Elevate Entertainment Group’s food and beverage program, I was tasked with designing a quarterly menu for limited-time offerings. This smaller menu gave the culinary team more flexibility to test out entrées, introduce new cocktails and alcohol-free offerings, and gauge guest sentiment about a wider variety of options. Since this menu would refresh quarterly, I prioritized tantalizing photography and a rotating color palette as key features that could be easily swapped every few months. I also art directed and styled our food photoshoots to ensure everything would look seamless in final print and digital pieces.
